Thank you for shopping with WISDM Ministries. We certainly appreciate your business. Our policy for exchanges, returns and/or refunds is as follows:

 

You have 30 calendar days to exchange/return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unused and in new condition. Your item must be in the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase must accompany it.

 

*Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return an undamaged item. However, if you receive the incorrect item or it is damaged upon delivery, WISDM Ministries will cover the cost of shipping and return fees (reimbursed back to your credit card or original form of payment). You must include the shipping receipt with your return. Instructions for this particular return is included at the link below and on the Shop page.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that your return is in process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit upon approval but please be advised, it is also dependent upon your bank or card issuer's policies.

 

Exchange: The same process for a return will be followed, but the item will be exchanged at the cost of WISDM Ministries if it is not received or damaged upon receipt.
